Help for the Parle browser extension
Parle is early software, and honest reports are useful. If something is broken, unclear, or unexpectedly sent off your machine, email support@ziahamza.com.
What to include
Please include your Chrome version, the page address you were testing if it is safe to share, what Parle said each source answered, and the result you expected. Do not send passwords, API keys, private links, or screenshots that expose personal information.
Before reporting a missing discussion
Open Parle from the toolbar and check the source-by-source result. A source can refuse a request; Parle reports that as refused, not as “nothing found.” Reddit in particular may refuse requests depending on your network or sign-in state.
Reset or pause Parle
Open Parle’s settings from the toolbar. You can switch to manual lookups, pause a site, edit the exclusion list, disconnect an AI provider, and clear locally stored discussion pointers. Removing the extension from chrome://extensions removes its local data.

Read the Parle privacy policy for the exact data flows and limitations. For a suspected security issue, email support@ziahamza.com directly rather than posting credentials or a private reproduction publicly.
