You agree to use our website and products lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services or the data of others.

Intellectual property

The Zia Studio name, the Zia Capital name, our logos, and the content of this website are owned by Zia Capital, LLC and may not be used without permission. Any content you create using our products remains yours.

Disclaimer

Our website and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep everything working well, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zia Capital, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Text messages (Booker)

Booker sends text messages only to people who have asked to receive them. Consent is given during sign-up by ticking a box that is separate from these Terms and is unchecked by default; agreeing to these Terms does not by itself consent to receiving text messages.

Booker sends one-time verification codes and updates about tasks you have asked it to carry out. It does not send marketing text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any Booker message to stop receiving them, START to opt back in, or HELP for help. You can also email hello@ziahamza.com. Messages are sent from +1 855 774 2521 and +1 669 690 3281.

We do not sell your personal information. Mobile information and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. The full opt-in flow, including the exact consent language and the screens it appears on, is published at ziahamza.com/booker/sms-consent.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
